"Comrades we must strike. We cannot wait any longer. The capitalist Cochin pigs are subverting the masses to dance to their tunes."
"But how? They have immense military power concentrated here. We would be crushed."
"Comrades, we must not shirk in the face of such dangers, the people of India would rise up in revolt against them, if we just provide the standard. We must make them see the glories of the Communist Revolution and they too would wish to be part of a Glorious Future as free citizens of People's Republic of India."
"And how do we conduct this revolution?"
"We shall start from the villages, from the rural heart of India where the Cochin capitalists have not dazzled the citizens. We have arms, sufficient arms to bring forth this revolution. We shall bring death and destruction to these imperialistic swine in such a measure that they would be forced to retreat beyond the Himalayas. We shall indoctrinate the people of India to rise up and strike against these class criminals. Who knows we may even receive international support in our quest from our fraternal socialist brothers in other countries!"
"Yes, we can do this, we must do this! For the Revolution, Comrades. For the Revolution!"
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thus the Politburo of the Communist Party of India decided. Since the integration with the Kingdom of Cochin, the political parties of India were still in action, though severely cut down in their influences by the Ministry of Interior. Now the CPI decided to wage an all out war against the Kingdom of Cochin. Emissaries were sent to Communist Party Marxist and Communist Party of India (Maoist) to seek their support also for the revolution. Several underground weapons caches procured during the time of Dragonisia are being opened up and the weapons distributed. Several illegal weapon making plants have been set up to manufacture Molotov cocktails and Improvised Explosive Devices for use against Cochin forces. Soon a full fledged war shall be unleashed from the villages and jungles of India to the very walls of Himalayas.

RCPF HEADQUARTERS
COCHIN CITY
"Lt. Gen. Dara Singh, you are hereby appointed as the first Inspector General of Cochin-India provinces. I hope you are ready, Dara?" Gen. Mohammed Faraz asked.
Lt. Gen. Dara Singh is a seasoned police officer who had come up from the ranks starting as a Assistant Commissioner of Police through Cochin Police Service. Now through his meritorious service and reputation as a strict enforcer of law and order, he had attained a dream post - IG of the newest province of the Kingdom. "Yes Sir. I am absolutely ready for this job."
"Now Singh, you know what you have to do. The Kingdom has not cracked down on the communists in Cochin-India so far. Right now we have a potentially dangerous situation by which the Indian communists can contact other subversives in our Central Asian regions, like the remnants of TULT. The situation has to change. Now how ready and indoctrinated are your forces, Lieutenant General?"
"Sir, my troopers are well trained for their jobs and the indoctrination is being carried out. The senior officers are fully on team and the junior inspectors would soon be too. The constabulary needs some more work done on them but we are cycling many through the training colleges in the Kingdom."
"Equipment wise, how ready are they?"
"We are all set on that account. The law and order units are full set on the matter of jeeps, trucks and bikes and the required S-RECOs have been obtained from National Defense Reserves. The orders for helicopters are coming through from GAL, and soon we would have the full complement on that too. Temporarily I have requisitioned some Airborne Police Force battalions which would bridge the air mobile gap."
"Excellent. We are depending on you to get the job done tidily, understand. Try to reduce the body count." Mohammed Faraz told with a slight smile.
"Yes Sir." The Inspector General of Royal Cochin Police Force in Cochin India saluted his Commander smartly and left the building. Later in the day he would take charge in Provincial Headquarters in New Delhi.
